Regarding the impact of the major Earthquake in Northern Japan on Torex

Mar 14, 2011

Torex would like to express our profound sympathy and sincere condolences to the victims of March 11 Major earthquake.

Fortunately all Torex employees are safe and luckily no one was injured during the quake.

The majority of our production plants are located in the South of Japan well away from the danger zone and these are operating normally.
Two of our production partners do have factories closer to the earthquake zone and both have reported some damage as a result of the quake.
Fortunately no one was injured, and we are now assessing the extent of the damage and whether Torex will be affected in the short term.

We will make further announcements as soon as we have more news and we appreciate your patience and cooperation.
