PWM Control, PWM/PFM Switchable Step-up DC/DC Controller
The XC6367 series are multi-functional step-up DC/DC converter controllers with built-in high speed, low ON resistance drivers. Large output currents are possible using an externally connected transistor, coil, diode and capacitor. Output voltage is selectable in 0.1V steps within a range of 1.5V ~ 6.5V (±2.5%). For output voltages outside this range, we recommend FB version, which has a 1.0V internal reference voltage. Using the FB version, the required output voltage can be set-up using 2 external resistors. With a 300kHz oscillation frequency, the size of the external components can be reduced.
Soft start time of XC6367A, B, and C series is internally set to 10msec and XC6367C, D, and F series regulate soft-start time by connecting resistors and capacitors externally. During stand-by (CE pin "Low"), quiescent current is reduced to less than 0.5μA.

What is the soft-start function?
The function to soften the rise to prevent the inrush current.
What is the standby current?
The current that flows through the IC in the standby mode. The standby mode means the state where the IC has been turned off by the CE function.
What does the FB product mean?
An IC for which any output voltage can be set by the reference voltage of the FB pins and the external dividing resistor. The output voltage is determined by the RFB1 and RFB2 values, using the following formula: VOUT = Vref × (RFB1 + RFB2)/RFB2
