Those whose part number is 12 digits
It is a product for general use market which is compliant with RoHS.
Those whose part number is 14 digits and the end is "-G"
In addition to the RoHS , it is a product for general use market that also supports halogen & antimony free.
Those whose part number is 14 digits and whose suffix is "-Q"
It means that it corresponds to the semiconductor quality standard AEC-Q100 for automotive applications. Compared with general use products, it is suitable for use in harsher environments. In addition, since all series names for automotive products begin with "XD", it is also possible to distinguish them.
