Low on resistance, High speed switching Expanded Lineup of P-channel MOSFET for General Purpose XP231P02015R (-30 Withstand Voltage)

Torex Semiconductor Ltd. (Tokyo Japan: President, Koji Shibamiya, 6616: 1st section at Tokyo Stock Exchange) has launched six new products of XP231P02015R (-30 Withstand Voltage) for MOSEFET.

XP231P02015R (-30 Withstand Voltage) is general-purpose P-channel MOSFET with low on resistance and high speed switching. It can be used for various applications such as relay circuits and switching circuits. The gate protection diode is built-in as a static protection.

Furthermore, six series are in a compact SOT-523（1.6 x 1.6 x h0.9mm Height) package with contributing space saving.
